FAPM PROCESS SUMMARY
· Phase I: Initial Consultation
During this phase, our team will review all Facade Package documentations, including specifications, drawings, quotations received by main contractor to determine and leverage our expertise to develop a more detailed solution with cost-saving & full compliance to contract documents.
· Phase II: Solution Design
Our Team to design a solution to Manage the complete supply and installation of the façade package, with initial financial data, for the client approval.
· Phase III: Proposed Partnership Terms and Conditions
Our Team to present a draft of agreement with the Client, for review and finalization to proceed.
· Phase IV: Implementation
Our team will implement the solution in a seamless manner that will be transparent to daily operations.
